PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ‼️ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed below. These policies are in place to protect both my clients and my business, and they are strictly enforced. DEPOSITS & BOOKING A deposit is required to secure and confirm your appointment. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits reserve your appointment time and compensate for the time, preparation, and resources allocated specifically to your booking. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 72 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment. Your original deposit may be transferred to ONE rescheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule a second time, your original deposit will no longer be transferable. A new appointment and new deposit will be required for any additional rescheduling. No-call/no-show appointments will result in a 20% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file and may appear as a cancellation fee on your statement. Please communicate as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises. However, failure to provide the required notice will result in the policies above being enforced. AGE & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS You must be 18 years or older to receive services. I DO NOT SERVICE MINORS under any circumstances, including with parental or guardian consent. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment. Failure to provide valid identification may result in your appointment being cancelled, and your deposit will remain non-refundable. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT To ensure you are properly prepared for your session: Please eat a proper meal before your appointment. Drink plenty of water and arrive well hydrated. Please clean the area where you will be receiving your tattoo with antibacterial soap before arriving. Do not smoke or consume alcohol before or during your appointment. Arriving prepared helps ensure that your session can be completed as ILLNESS / COVID-19 POLICY If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms or are feeling unwell, please contact me before your appointment. For the health and safety of everyone, please do not come to your appointment while sick. Your appointment can be rescheduled in accordance with the applicable rescheduling policy. REMAINING BALANCE Your remaining balance must be paid through Zelle or CASH only. NO CASH APP. Please come prepared to pay your remaining balance using one of the accepted payment methods. FINAL REMINDER Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. By booking, you are agreeing to respect the policies above as well as the time, preparation, and work that goes into providing your service.
